Myrtlebrook Cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 Queens and a double/ single bunk in the 3rd bedroom.
The large bathroom caters for all abilities with toilet handrail and shower seat There are no steps or lips into the shower.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic stove top, microwave, full size fridge/ freezer and dishwasher.
The living area is large and light with extensive windows showcasing the mountain snow capped views and Happy Valley Creek.
There are two TVs one in the living area and the other in the Master bedroom.
An outdoor living space with lounge chairs in the back yard only meters from the creek, protected by 1.5 m pool fencing, completes this very comfortable and beautiful living space.
